Earlier the decision made by High Court justice bench was drastically opposite to the recently pronounced shikshkak padonnati decision. But Justice DY Chandrachud and Yashwant Varma reacted over the petition filed by Vijay Sonkar from Kanpur region and made a decision on Wednesday 12th August 2015 in favour of LT grade teachers who are keep losing the chance of promotion to lecturer posts due to immaturity in term of teaching experience of mandatory five years.

UP LT Teachers Padonnati Court Order August 2015 News: 5 years teaching experience for LT Grade Padonnati will be counted from the date of joining (Pronnatimai mai niyukti vars se joda jaayega shikshak ka anubhav). Madhyamik Shiksha Sewa Adhiniyam 1982 rule has been revised and as per rule 1998, to promote at lecturer post LT teachers must possess five years of continuous teaching experience along with other eligibility.
